Are you an engaged, motivated, and experienced business development professional with great curiosity about the future of aerospace automation? Then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand industry areas, customer segments, and pain points to open and develop new segments and give inputs to development teams

  • Identify new AnD programs (FCAS, EDF, …) and coordinate / create applications (e.g., write proposal with support from tech teams, complete all application documents, participate to consortium forming and negotiation)

  • Identify and develop new leads online (e.g. LinkedIn), as well as at key physical events

  • Keep track of KPIs toward sales and leads

  • Manage and Monitor AnD Program Execution (Deliverables, Milestones, Budget, Up-selling)

  • Maintain Customer / Partner Relationships (Account Management)


  • Able to understand high-tech products; 3+ years of relevant industry experience (aerospace, software sales, etc.)

  • Precise and on point communication with good presentation and pitching skills

  • Structured and reliable team player, customer centric with strong business drive

  • Thorough understanding of government programs

  • Thorough understanding of how to build sales funnels (sales plays, discovery calls, RFP, etc.)

  • Understanding of basic marketing concepts and how to develop leads

  • Understanding of software sales models and revenue streams

  • Fluent in English and German
