Working Student / Internship Games Engineering and Simulation
As Working Student / Intern you are developing disruptive technologies and directly contribute to DMI’s software solutions. Based on state-of-the-art research and tools in the areas of gaming engines, synthetic data generation, and human-in-the-loop simulation you will rapid prototype the most promising approaches to software. After the validation inside our aircraft cockpit demonstrator, you will integrate these functions into our products, together with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid prototyping of aerospace scenarios in the Unreal gaming engine

Development of features for varying scenarios for synthetic data generation

Development of integrations with the DMI Mission Lab simulation engine

Integration of Virtual Reality technology for our aircraft cockpit demonstrator

Validate technology blocks with DMI team and customers

Contribute to the product development
Note: The position can be filled in the function of a working student with maximum 20 hours per week, or as a full-time internship. It is also possible to write your thesis with us.
Requirements

Enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies in relevant fields (e.g., computer science, games engineering, simulation, etc.)

Experience with Unreal Engine, preferably UE5
